Okay, here's the deal (get it deal, nudge nudge)... If I were to place Mario Williams on the block, I'd like to know what I'd get in return. This is going to work similar to the infamous Andre Johnson trade thread EXCEPT I may not be trading Mario Williams. I know, that's not fair you say... well, I'm letting you know up front, this could just be a ruse to test his worth.. or, I could be deadly serious if the offer is blowing me away. Lets face it, the draft is a little weak in the DE department and a player the caliber of Mario Williams (former #1 pick overall) could make teams salivate all over themselves... With seven days left until the start of the draft, it's up to you to make it happen Luke Skywalker..

Now then, what am I looking for in return? At least the following:

A DE to replace him (4-3 type) AND
A first rounder AND A second rounder.... or two high seconds AND at least one starter.

Before you say to me, how can you say your minimum yet also say that your offer has to blow me away? well, quite frankly, I don't know... :beer1: there is no logic at the moment... might be a good time to make a trade...

Would you take Adrian Peterson for Mario Williams?

I may be just testing his worth, unless an offer blows me away. ;)

hmmm... I'd have to strongly think about that one... wasn't expecting an "offer" like that. I mean I've leveraged myself into a pretty good position with regards to my running backs, and then I'd pretty much be throwing away what I've done in that regard (I added Chris Brown and Mewelde Moore, and will draft one at some point in the draft). And then that obviuosly leads a gaping hole at DE opposite Antwan Odom. But then you consider the upside of AP... wow, it's not as easy as some might believe...:beer1:
