Sad to see this guy retire. I was hoping the Dolphins were going to sign him at the beginning of last season when we struck out on Ahmad Bradshaw, to be a goalline compliment to Reggie Bush.

Barber was one of the most entertaining, physical, fun to watch players in the game. This video is a perfect example: He fights for every. single. yard.

In his prime, he was damn near unstopable. Unfortunetly, his style is the reason he had to retire so soon.
 
With the beating he put himself through over the years, for him to retire with hopefully most of his health is a blessing. Loved the way that guy ran though.
 
Quite possibly the most interesting NFL player I've come across. He also had social anxiety issues, but not to the extent that Ricky had. He was also a classical pianist. Not sure you'd meet any other NFL players who also play classical piano...
 
This guy was like a bulldozer in his prime! But understandable that he chooses to stop while his body still holds for everyday life. :)
