He is the linebacker the Dolphins signed who had been a supplemental draft entry guy from Texas State last summer. He is very young, but at 6-3, 250 pounds, he was projected as a possible ILB. I wonder if Parcells has him on his radar. He is the youngest player on the roster I believe. Anyone know anything about him?

Only this info but sounds like a good project

Texas State hybrid defender Mark Washington has been declared eligible for the NFL's special July 12 supplemental draft.
A defensive lineman at Texas State in 2006, and perhaps miscast at tackle, Washington is projected as a linebacker at the NFL level, and, because of his diverse skills, might be best suited for a team that employs a 3-4 front.
Washington, 22, is a longshot to be chosen in the supplemental draft, but because he has played defensive end, defensive tackle and linebacker, might draw late-round interest. If he is not chosen, Washington has a good chance of being signed as a free agent for camp.
The league has yet to release an official list of prospects for the supplemental draft, but it is believed that the talent pool will consist of 6-7 players. For now, former Georgia cornerback Paul Oliver, a tenacious defender with suspect speed but Tampa-2 type skills, remains the most highly regarded player who has applied for the draft.
It is believed the pool could still increase by one or two more players.
Any team that exercises a choice in the supplemental draft, which is typically comprised of "special case" entries, must forfeit a corresponding pick in the April 2008 draft. Some scouts project Oliver as a third- or fourth-round prospect.
Washington began his college career at Arizona State and saw action in eight games there as a true freshman in 2005. He transferred to Texas State last spring and was moved to end but then was switched to tackle, a position for which he was undersized, during the 2006 season. In 11 games, Washington registered 29 tackles, 3½ sacks and three quarterback pressures, but he was often overwhelmed at the point of attack. At 6-feet-2, 250 pounds, Washington
