Villone, 35, is 2-3 with a 2.45 ERA in 40.1 IP. He can start or relieve. Great pickup for the Fish!

Agreed I know the Yanks were hot for him... The Fish always seem to make a move and I like this one, you can never have enough quality lefties.

Atlanta made the TRADE OF THE DAY getting Farnsworth. Sure he has a 6 game suspension coming up but that dude is a hell of a closer.

OK...the Cubs, who need relief help more than anyone, gave up on him. The Tigers, now without Percival, gave up on him. If there's anyone that can make him good, it's Mazzone, but I'm not sure about this one.

The Braves have won so many division titles in a row, it isn't even funny. So obviously by them picking him up, it sure ain't going to hurt anything.

And yet they've still won fewer World Series than the Marlins. Amazing, huh.
