Why couldn't he make this team? He is better then a few of these youngings I'd hope. Unbelievable how we cut him and cut Reese.

To fair be Reese was cut because he left camp without telling the team and ended up retiring.

I understand why they cut Harris. Might as well let the young kids play. Harris is what he is, he's not an everyday player and the Marlins aren't going to be a contender this year so might as well see what the kids can do they're bring up.
 
Does anyone else think that "most pinch hits" is something of a dubious record? They might as well call it "lifetime achievement award for a player who's never been good enough to start consistently, but is good enough to hang around on a roster for 15 years".
 
Pinch hitting is incredibly difficult and even more valuable in the NL. I'll miss Lenny. He's a hell of a guy and fun to root for, not to mention he would have been great for the kids. Best of luck, All Time.

I would call it......"not even good enough to be a full time DH for half the teams in the league"
