Marshall talks about the trade, continues to diss Matt Moore.

We do need a True #1, he may be a jerk, but he was it

Why do we need a true number 1 again? I like GB's receivers and the job they do. I don't think they have a true number 1.
Anyway, BM is no.2 in my book..

That is why he was traded!

You're exactly right! A lot of people wanted to complain that Miami traded their #1 receiver without having a plan of replacing him. The plan was to get his crappy, whiney, me first attitude away from this team. They knew they were most likely going to a rookie QB and didn't want Marshall ruining the kids psychy. They also knew that while Tannehill learned, Moore was going to be the starter and Marshall loves to tell everyone how he feels about him.

No matter what your opinion of Moore is, his teammates should never go public complaining about him the way Marshall did. Keep it in house. Marshalls a good player but I won't miss him

Now that he's not on the team I don't have to pretend to tolerate that scumbag. The opinion of some dude who gets in knife fights with his wife is worth nothing to me.

"It doesn't make any sense to pay a guy $2 million and only expect him to have 60 or 65 receptions, or 70 receptions in (Miami's) new offense"

It doesnt make any sense to pay a guy $2 million dollars only to expect him to catch TD passes

He is no longer a Dolphin so he sucks. Philbin will coach up Mathews and Fuller to be ten times better than him.

There's nothing wrong with that he said, he is exactly right. How is this a diss at Matt Moore? Talk about reaching.

I knew some people would react to this.....he is just being honest. People look at Moores QB rating like it is the end all be all of what it means to be a QB and that we ended 6-3 without looking at who we beat and who we lost to. Fact is Moore averaged less than 200 yards passing a game, that SUCKS and it sucks even more being a receiver with a QB who can't throw for 50 yards in a quarter consistently.

Getting rid of Marshall hurts short term but benefits long term. How could he have operated in an offense that spreads the ball to different receivers without blowing up. Also agree he would have been bad for Tannehill's development, very good receiver but not the type that suits what we are building here.

add me to the list of can't disagree with marshall...

it was and still is a bad trade. we gave two 2nd rounders, and got 2 thirds back... no matter how you try to word it, and no matter what angle you go at it from, thats upside down value folks.

and to sit here and pretend that matt moore is better than brandon marshall makes him out to be is still and always has been ridiculous in my opinion.

we needed a qb, we drafted a qb, and thats why there is a good chance that tannehill will start sooner rather than later. matt moore is a career .500 qb, and yet some people still have hard ons for the 6-3 finish... logic to which I will never comprehend.

i would suspect that marshall will have a much better season than any of our wide receivers, and if put to task to bet on it, I'd be waiting on any takers, with both my ears, and wallet open.

I don't have a problem with trading Marshall in and of itself, but I do have one with our not even attempting to replace him.
