Once the investigation is complete than the blame can be assessed as needed. Personally I am more concerned with fixing what's broken then pointing the finger.

Richie was the one who caused the problem, but hes always been a headcase. Putting him in a leadership position and giving him free reign to "toughen up" other players was utterly idiotic. Anyway you want to cut it, he should not have been in that position.

It seems to me most of the dolphin players and players who knew Richie outside Miami say he is a good team mate.
The racial slur was uncalled for no doubt, but its looking like Martin is acting like a little bitch and just freaked out and went into hiding.
Maybe he was taking a lot of heat for not living up to expectations at LT.
Martin seems to be very soft in both football ability and weak minded.
i just hope this gets resolved and we can concentrate on the games and gunning for the playoffs.

Not for the guy that went out side the locker room to deal with this. Both Martin and Ricky quit their teams, but Ricky never broke the locker rooms trust like Martin did.

Yes Martin didn't have anything to do with this. It's not like he didn't hold onto a damning voicemail for 7 months or anything. I mean someone that is looking to resolve the situation in a mature way would do the same, right?

I think the players realize that missing Incognito is a huge miss on the field, so they all want Incognito back lol. Its just strange, I just think Martin had a mental breakdown and now realizes he overreacted (like a female).
