Lets put this as clear as possible. Any other work situation, cognito would have been fired immediatley for the 15g. Thats a fact. The racist stuff, texts and voice mails is not called for it. FACT. Martin was in a no win situation. FACT. Richie in my opinion was trying to maybe build some chemistry with Martin. They do play next to each other. Martin should have manned up and challeneged incoginito. Incoginito would have respetced him asap for that, as would the rest of the team. In a fight especially against someone like cog, you have to earn his respect. Martin would have gotten the entire teams respect if he called out incognito. FACT.Both are wrong. FACT. Cognito is an average lineman. Martin has lost the respect of his teammates.

Both careers are over, over 15g.

You have to earn someones respect when you are fighting them? Sorry, I always thought that the reason why people get into fights in the first place is because they don't respect each other - I must have been mistaken my whole life.

Is it FACT that both careers are over? Just wanted to confirm.

Guess you have not fraught much seriously. Most fights, other than picking on the weak, are between two who have respect for one another, and want to test themselves. They are GREAT battles.

What world did you grow up in? Bullying/fighting someone usually occurs when you see someone with a weakness and you want to exploit it (usually b/c you're a sick, needy ****).

Ive been in a few in my day and they certainly werent because I had respect for the a-holes.
 
man, oh man, some guys here must have never played football before. Every day is a fight in practice, the game. If your perceived as weak, then everyone attacks you. Simple as that. Does the lion chase down the zebra that is the fastest or the slowest? seriously. Do you not think that if Martin told Richie, "**** you, see me outside now, that would have a, earned his respect for being a man about it and who knows maybe martin could have won the fight. If Martin did that in front of everyone this situation would have been solved. Either way he would have gotten peoples respect. Now he looks like a bitch and a rat. Why would anyone want them in the locker room?
