Martz Is A Must Hire !

I would be the happiest dolphin fan in the world if we hired mike martz.

We dont need another college coach, or some high profile coach with total control of the organization.

I want a proven winner with head coaching experience. Look at these facts.

The rams won one superbowl with martz as cordinator, and went to another with martz as head coach.

Kurt Warner won MVP both those years.

Marshal faulk won offensive player of the year 3 YEARS IN A ROW, NFL RECORD. two of those years martz was HC one year OC.

MARTZ worst season was an 8-8 record which was still good enough to make the playoffs that year.


AND DOESNT CULPEPPER HAS THE PERFORM ARM FOR THAT OFFENCE ?

iSN'T RONNIE BROWN A BIGGER SIZED VERSION OF MARSHAL FAULK?

ISN'T CHAMBERS A DEEP THREAT?

OUR OFFENCE WOULD THRIVE UNDER THIS GUY.

THIS IS THE GUY WE MUST HAVE AS OUR HEAD COACH. PLEASE INTERVIEW HIM !!!​
 
1)he was not a cordinator when St. Louis won the Super Bowl; Al Saunders was.

2)He is the worst coach ever at managing the game. Even when they were routinely winning 10,11 games, they would get beat up by the opposing team.

3)Chambers,Booker,Welker,Hagan,Ronnie,McMike is not Holt,Bruce,Proehl,Hakim,Faulk, Manumaleuna.

hes an NFC guy....let him stay in the NFC...

Actually, Martz WAS the O Coordinator of the 99 Rams...
 
Mike is worse that wanny. He is NOT a head coach, PERIOD!!!
 
Martz, Mullarkey. What do both have in common? OH, THEY DON'T LIKE TO RUN THE BALL.

Pass on Martz.
 
Martz has the ablilty to make a high powered O even with ok players, but his style of O with the rams is very different then what our team needs. They had multiple great recievers so they could spread teams out, then run draws up the middle. We need more of a traditional kind of O with pounding the run. If there was some way to get him as a OC I would be very happy, but hes not the best choice for HC even though he has experience.
 
my brother is a rams fan so i have seen the rams play when martz was wuth them and trust me he never runs the ball
 
Martz is a horrible choice

no retreads please(unless it is Cowher)
