Kailua, Hi
He still put up good numbers last year. We need WR help now. Even though he is older he still better than any WR on our team.

Somebody get Parcells on the phone to call Marvin up.

It's too late in the season to sign a big-time wide receiver. By the time he learns the playbook it's most likely going to be too late to make any real impact.

Plus he is slow and old. There is a reason he's not with any team right now. Not to mention he likely wants a fat paycheck.

whatt???? I POSTED THIS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON AND EVERYONE SHOT IT DOWN! Everyone said how he wouldnt be an improvement and isnt good anymore

Honestly, PLEASE SIGN HIM. Hes slow, but he still has golden hands and routes.

you think 6 weeks might change a few things? most people didn't want Harrison because he would have wanted a big contract and he would have taken playing time away from our young WRs. of course, since our WRs are not delivering, most people wouldn't mind an upgrade now.

he wouldn't be an improvement and isn't good anymore............there i said it.

He would only slow the development of people like Hartline (Ginn is slowing that development enough on his own) and Turner. The move would stink of desperation and Parcells knows in the long run it would not have much of a positive impact. He is slow and wants to get paid the bling bling.
No thanks.
We are in a marathon not a sprint. He would need to be a compliment to someone, and so far, we don't have that someone.

TO LATE. I ALREADY POSTED THIS THREAD YESTERDAY. SEE "BRING EM IN"

Heard he didnt sign with any team because he wants a **** load of money. If we could get him for cheap, even this far into the season, he would be a huge value to our young receivers. Even if he didnt play, he has a plethora of experience and knowledge to share with our guys

:boohoo:

Everyone Shout it down because we were all Reatrded and belived TED ginn could improve we dont shoot it down Now because He SUCKS AND WE NEED A WR NOW!!!!!:woot:

I can see why someone would want Harrison. Our WR's are terrible, but I'm just not sure how much he could help. Remember when we picked up Carter after he was over the hill? I think it'd be like that but worse.

I'd much rather have Matt Jones. Say what you will about his coke binge but I believe that's over and done with.

I looked back on his first few seasons and they weren't as bad as I had originally thought. His speed for his size is incredible. Not sure why we don't at the very least give him a tryout.

Realistically I don't see us bringing a FA in. We just had oure bye week which would've been the perfect time.

We can always hope Roscoe Parrish gets cut in Buffalo. He's as good as gone.
