Marvin Lewis For Hc?

Before we start with the "he's a loser...can't win a playoff game...I'm tired of old Bengals guys..." just hear me out quickly.

We should be looking for a veteran HC. Look at how many of these young up and comer coordinators (McAdoo, Gase, Wilks, Koetter, etc) do not pan out. We see that Gase had potential as a HC - but could not get over being a coordinator.

We need somebody with many connections in the NFL. Somebody that has been coaching for a while and can bring in a competent positional coaching staff. Lewis does have that.

He took a PATHETIC Bengals franchise that was a yearly 2-14 to 5-11 team before him and made them at least playoff competitors every year. I see our franchise in a similar position.

I do not understand the massive reluctance to this...

He has made the playoffs 7 times in a very difficult division.

He actually made the playoffs with Andy Dalton who IMO is like a Ryan Tannehill except with AJ Green.
