According to NFLDraftbible.com, "Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland and head coach Tony Sparano held individual workouts with wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, tight end Dan Gronkowski, offensive tackle, Dane Randolph and center Edwin Williams."

I know about Heyward-Bey, does anyone know anything about these other prospects?

we got a way better chance drafting Gronkowski or Edwin than HBey.

Gronkowski is a big blocking TE.. He doesn't put up tremendous stats, but can help in power running game, and also use his large frame in redzone/3rd down situations.

I made a mock draft/prospect watch page with him a couple months ago. He'll go in the 6-UDFA rounds. Probably late as there is a bunch of good TE's comming out, but alot of them are receiving TEs.

EWill is just a big center. I learned little about him when looking for potential Center replacements, but haven't further invetigated since the Grove signing. I think he was one of the heaviest C's out there, like 315 or something. I dont pay much attention to the C position as it is, and certainly not from Maryland, fricken turtles...

I'd be happy with a 7th round selection on either of these guys..

TE is showing up early in people's mock drafts. No need, we have solid receiving TE's in fasano/martin.. Fasano is a good everydown TE. Martin is a good receiving style TE, but awful at blocking and especially pass protection. Look for a blocking TEto come in, and make the TE corp better and more versatile. Haynos is a taller, younger Martin.. He cannot block. We need 3 types of TE's. An A+ blocker, receiving threat, and your no.1, hopefully a sweet blend of the two..

I love to see both Ireland and Sparano watching these guys closely. It's always good to have 2 sets of eyes watching instead of just one.
