Matt Flynn to visit Dolphins

I was worried until you said it was La Confora reporting it. He's just doing his daily dose of just slinging poo against the wall to get his name out there.
 
If Joe Philbin really like Flynn and thinks he can be our franchise QB then I want Flynn. If he's not so hot on Flynn then let him sign with Seattle.
 
Here we go again with Flynnsanity... I hope Seattle does us a favor by signing him.

If they can get Flynn at about what we just paid Big Paul (6 mil) i say do it. Whether Flynn is our future QB is not determined but he could really help installing the Philbin offense.. The Matts battle it out with a draft pick QB. May the best man win.
 
If we can't get Peyton, I'd rather Flynn... but begrudgingly... only because I would rather take BPA at 8 rather than reaching for Tannenhill.

couldnt agree more.

just like if the situation was reversed where flynn was our qb last year and performed like moore, and moore was like flynn, it wouldnt make sense to pay moore when we already have a guy who is prob just as good, if not a bit better.

moore is signed for 1 more year, we are clearly rebuilding as we for some reason that i will never be able to fathom gave away our best playmaker on offense in his prime for a bag of chips, so let moore either improve or suck it up and be let go at the end of the year while costing us nothing, and draft a guy like tanne or weeden, or go all in on barkley next year.

Id sign Flynn to hedge our bets... and hope one of them becomes "the answer". I know we have been trying this for years, but one of these days its bound to work.
 
I'd personally think Flynn as a second choice is a huge red flag considering Philbin coached him in GB. Sorry if you believe he is THE guy you place all bets on him, and I believe Philbin doesn't believe he is that guy. Hell if you want a backup go pick up Brady Quinn he's free.
