Miss the playoffs, but in Moore I trust.

I think we can. We have a pretty favorable schedule. I think the key is going to be getting quality players over the remainder of free agency and the draft, and maybe making some other deals before the season starts. We won 6 out of our last 9 games, and I think Moore got better as the season went along. ​

If Alex Smith can do it with a rookie coach from college with a good defense, than I think Moore can do it with a rookie coach from the NFL ranks with a good defense. They do play in a much softer conference than we do, but our schedule is favorable.

I'm an optimistic fan though.

AS GOOD AS OUR DEFENSE WAS NOT ALLOWING POINTS(6TH) WE STILL HAD A 6-10 RECORD

Our #1 wide receiver has 1 td in the last 26 games
62 individual players had more touchdowns than our 6 wide receivers COMBINED
Rob Gronkowski had 4 times +1 tds than our entire wide receiving core left over from last season

We didn't beat a team that ended the season with a winning record

IMO we are a significantly weaker team than we were at the end of the season. Unless Joe Philbin is the second coming of Vince Lombardi, there is no chance this team makes the playoffs. Moore lost his best weapon and what we have left at WR is mediocre at best. I'm hoping we have a killer draft loaded with offensive weapons, but nothing in our recent history leads me to believe we are capable of putting that together.

I hope they prove me wrong!
