Matt Roth wreaking havoc on opposing QB's!

I'd like to be the first to say that opposing QB's across the league are going to get to know #98 very well, if you know what I mean. I'm a Hawkeyes fan, as well as a die hard 'Phins fan and watched Matt all 4 years at Iowa. He may not start this year, with Kevin Carter and Vonnie Holliday coming aboard, but I see at least 6-7 sacks his first year. I see him starting in '06 easily. I just got my aqua authentic Roth 'phins jersey. There probably won't be too many phin fans sporting them this year, but once they see the intensity/passion he plays with, fin fans across the nation will fall in love with him.

I can't wait to see Roth in action...I saw him for one game when Iowa played Colorado and Roth has the kind of intensity we need....even if he doesn't start right away he can come in and spank some QB's. :) I wasn't able to find a Roth authentic at the site I was looking at but am sure their will be more Roth 98 jerseys out there soon.

I watched Roth play all last season, since I go to Purdue he could turn into a very good player in the NFL but expecting 6-7 sacks out of him this year?!? Thats not going to happen.

Yeah, since he prob wont have much PT this year because we are very crowded at DE. Next year is when he will get those 6 sacks or so.

Im a type of person who thinks rationally and I want to see it before I believe it.

Which is why I get so annoyed reading posts like this.

Remember, Im the guy that would trade Moulds for Chambers. I know good talent when I see it, so dont get your panties in a bunch. I'll be real with you, I wont BS u.

Roth plays like I wish every NFL player played, with alot of heart and determination, BUT, there have been many High motor guys from college who fall straight on their face when they meet up with an NFL offensive Lineman.

True that and I feel like Im pretty pretty fair in my evaluations but Rookies are the only time you can get completetly optomistic because you really dont have a clue... so why not hype them some the Fins fans need a little excitement after last year.

That one down year was because your best player quit right before camp opened.

You guys might Miss Wanny. He played a style of game that fit your talent. You didnt have an allstar QB. You had a great RB and a great Defense.

Wanny might have been stupis in the media and the way he looked sometimes, but you guys might regret his departure.
