All this talk about about both quarterbacks....I know the draft picks that we would have to give up and what not to get DA...but take time to think about the contract that MR would be getting...it would be cheaper and wiser to go with the proven player in DA....or would you want to build and offense around a player such as MR??? thoughts?

I would perfer we passed on both..but I would take Ryan If I MUST choose one.

John Beck!!

I would say neither but in the last couple days my gut feeling is that the Good ol'Boys might be looking at Ryan as our #1 pick. We'll see!

I think its a smokescreen (the Ryan speculation) but Im sure they atleast took a look at him.

Derek Anderson is NOT proven.....he had one good season, did you watch the Pro Bowl...you can tell right off the back he didn't belong there, and shouldn't have.Derek was only looking good because of Braylon and Winslow, and partly Lewis, but he is very inaccurate he couldnt throw a golf ball into an ocean....

If Parcells deems Beck is not the answer, then Ryan. He costs us our first pick. Looks like Anderson would cost a 1 and 3. Personally I'm not sold on Anderson whom really only had a good first half and mediocre second. Jury is out on Ryan, but a lot of GM's think he is the equal of Eli or Phillip Rivers. I'll trust our FO to make the right call.

Keep John Beck. Ryan is a smokescreen IMO for ATL. Derek Anderson is made by that O line, KW2 and Braylon. I dont think he would thrive as well here as he does in Cleveland.

Couldnt agree more on all fronts.

Neither....Quinn Gray, instead.

Do you think he can be a consistent and productive starter in this league? I think that he will never be anything more then a "Dont Turn the Ball Over!" quarterback as he was while replacing Garrard this year.

is everyone giving up on beck already? that moron cameron(if you look at my OLd posts) should have played him after they went 0-3 after the jet game for the WHOLE year no matter what right???

I agree. I dont know if we would have won a game or any more games than we did but it would have been a clearer picture at our QB position right now. I cant stand Lemon. I thought Beck could have gotten the same if not better production then Lemon did, but thats just my opinion.
