According to the Dayton Daily News today the Falcons would take a 2nd for Schaub if they can sirn Kitna as a FA. I would rather do that then to draft a QB

He's a nice player, but he's a WCO type player. He doesnt have great arm strength, or very good mobility.

he's a very good prospect. he has good arm strength, but his deep ball will tend to sail. reads the defense well and has good pocket presence. isn't a sure thing by any means, but a 2nd rounder seems fair.

I think thats an unlikely situation but trust me, (I've been to so many games in which Schaub's played I can't even count), he would make us a playoff team. He has the brains, the arm strength, and the mobility when necessary. He is a prototypical qb with a lot of talent and a great future in the NFL. If we could get Schaub, still young and he could prosper under saban, we could potentially make him a franchise player if he played well the first few years. It would be a great pickup, and we wouldnt be losing that much. Saban and staff and our fans would definetely not regret this acquisition
