Matt Turk vs Donnie Jones Who is better???

Turk. I mean the guy has heart. Anyone rememeber the Ravens play off game when a Raven's player was on top of one of our players fighting him and Turk came out of no where and pushed the guy off of him. I was stunned.

Jones is inconsistent... his punt time is too long, though he has worked on it this offseason, this will lead to punts being blocked (a guy like Ed Reed would have a field day up against him).

Turk wins the job this year, IMO, he's still got it, but I think that Jones could be the future. Remember Turk is like 63 years old!?

We did this with Royals to save money, and look what happened.

Amen Brother! I remember him playing a significant role in the Dolphins losing several games. Does this hypothetical scenario sound all to real...I am sorry if I am bringing back painful memories.

Step 1. Wanny goes mega-conservative with a 2 point fourth quarter lead.
Step 2. Dolphins get pinned down at their own 2 yard line due to 6 consecutive offsides penalties and 2 illegal procedures after starting at their 42 yard line.
Step 3. Run 3 REALLY stupid plays.
Step 4. Royals shanks punt for 13 yards.
Step 5. Defense holds after giving up only 3 yards.
Step 6. Opposing team kicks FG from 12 yard line with 2 seconds on the clock and wins game.
Step 7. Opposing fans jubilantly celebrate whilst I destroy my TV, remote control, walls, couch, and good standing with my wife.:evil:

Sound familiar?

Keep Turk until the new kid is well proven. Don't let dollar signs and yards per kick determine who stays. Turk is clutch and that is key in big games.
