The sitiuation that has occured in Cleveland sounds a helluva lot like our situation with Mularkey. Coach continually defending playcalling and playcaller to the point of trading players for 2 years. Then finally when they suck enough, lose enough, and enough grumblings from players fans and media, the OC "quits". I just hope Saban cuts the BS and takes care of this before next year. This is a hard season to be a phins fan. We were never out of this game, yet we threw the ball more times than we ever threw with marino???

Is there a clause in MM contract that if he calls the most pass plays and scores the least points he gets a bonus?:fire:

I want to know who Mularkey has compromising photos of.

Really.

I've said it since the 2nd game of the year. Mularkey has no composition. He panics in his play calling and decides we need to throw the ball over and over and over when we arn't leading by a good margin.

I honestly think we would be better off using "Ask Madden" in the video game then using Mike Mularkey. Not even kidding.

the differense is, those guys have pride and accountability.

saban and mularky have NONE and will have to be carted out
by the national guard.

the sun rana funny article today about nick saban "taking blame"
for the 1-6 mess. and all he did was say he is staying the course
and all is the same and we will fight on, ala wanny.

here are a couple jewels from the article, and tell me if you think
saban will get rid of mularky or he is going to quit........

I'm not here to evaluate. I'm not here to place blame. I'm not here to point fingers.
"We're going to stick together as a group to do it. And being divisive isn't going to help us do that."

well then what are you here to do nick? and i guess taking action
and replacing a player or coach is now considered "devisive" in
camp saban's 1-6 nightmare. and i shure didnt see him taking ANY
blame there, did you?

stick together as a group. this is a group? come on nick!!!

"When we feel like a guy can't do things effectively enough, it's time for us to make a change," Saban said.

isnt effective enough? on a 1-6 team and nick cant find any players
or coaches who are ineffective? theres some real hope huh folks?

and heres another real nugget.......

"Our action will be the solution to all the problems and frustration that exists," Saban said at the start of his 32-minute Dr. Phil-like media session. "I'm not here to evaluate. I'm not here to place blame. I'm not here to point fingers.

nick said it all, he isnt here to do a DAMN THING!! what a bunch of
hooeey!! this guy should be in politics!! more of nick taking the
blame in that one huh?

sounds like he is already TOTALY LOST. and if you watch the games,
he is already pacing the sidelines, running his hands through his hair
like wanny with that "i just cant figure to out look".

one thing you can believe will happen, nick is going to stay with what
he has.

You are the most negative person on here. Every analyst, every media member, every board member thought this would take at least 3 years to fix when Nick started. At least give him the time people thought it would take before you crucify the guy.

If you knew anything about business you would know you don't air your dirty laundry out in public, it just pisses people in the organization off. You want him to scream and yell about players and coaches in public not because it will do anything to fix the problem. You want it so YOU will feel better.

Personally, I don't like Mularky, but you turn a thread about him into one about bashing Nick Saban. You don't even say anything that really contributes to the conversation on this board. Its "I hate saban" over and over and then taking quotes out of context. You bash this guy so much I would think he fooled around with your girlfriend or boyfriend (whatever, not here to judge you for that)
