At 5-foot-8 and 208 pounds, Jones-Drew is an inch taller and 21 pounds heavier than Sproles, but both have the ability to hide behind their big offensive linemen while waiting for a gap to open in the defense, then shoot through it.
The Dolphins did a great job containing Sproles in Week 2, holding him to 41 yards on 18 carries, a 2.3-yard average. But Jones-Drew, who leads the NFL in scoring (13 touchdowns) and ranks second in the AFC with 1,077 rushing yards, is bigger, stronger and generally more dangerous than Sproles.
