Max Starks

Why don't the dolphins pick up max starks through free agency, he's a ufa, only 26 years old and a heck of a physical specimen at 6'8" 340. Sounds like the kinda player that parcells wants too. I know he got hurt last year but otherwise hes been pretty durable. Whadya Think?

Starks was given the Transition Tag by the Steelers. Starks also lost his starting RT job last year to Willie Colon. While Max is a physical speciman, he really doesn't play like one all the time.

I like Starks size but his motor is questionable. If for the right price we should be interested but if he thinks he should command a big money contract I would pass.

He's got a transition tag. We could sign him but the Steelers would have an opportunity to match our offer. No compensation would need to be given if signed though. I wouldn't mind signing him but the price will be way too much. The draft is deep at tackle so i'd rather go that route.
