What do you think? Every win we have had you can say it really wasn't close. Maybe the pats game but that's it. Not saying I want it to be close because I hate those games but if it worked out when we won a by 3-7 could be a good thing for us before coming up on our stretch run.

I kind of agree. Although you never wish for a close game against a division opponent, I'd really like Philbin to demonstrate that he's improving in the heat of battle, and, that Tannehill can get back to winning close games like he did a few times in his first 2 years. I just need to see some kind of proof that this team isn't a blowout-or-no-win team.

Win anyway we can and prove this regime is growing and putting issues like the three game loss streak to the Bills behind them.

A win would be nice. Who cares by how many points?

I could care less what the score is, just a get a W. I just ask one thing, please, please, please don't let this game come down to the one of the kickers deciding it.

If its close I predict it'll be won on a last minute comeback drive by whichever team was down. I think I would rather be the team that's down by 3 or 4 than the team that has the lead and the ball with 3 or 4 minutes left.

But I'm predicting this one will be over by the end of the third.

Close, blowout, I want a win. I don't care if it's a tie in overtime and they end up forfeiting for having the wrong tires on their team bus.

I honestly don't trust our team to make the plays to close out a close game. The offense doesn't get the 1st downs and the defense can't hold the lead. But I don't see us winning easy tonight.

If the offense could figure out how to score more than a FG in the first half, then the defense wouldn't be under so much pressure in the final 2 minutes. The way I see it, the defense plays well for 58 minutes but the offense normally doesn't even show up until half-time!
