If we hire Dom Capers or Mike Martz they will be up for a head coach job the following year like Scott Linehan was this year. I think we should just promote someone within to become the offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator

Dom Capers has already been a head coach twice, I doubt that he will get a chance for a third term soon. I really don't know too much about Martz, what did he really do? He pretty much took over Dick Vermeil's team in St. Louis. Kind of like what Barry ****zer did in Dallas. Took a good team and played well for a couple of years, then took it down.

more like took a good team and ruined it....

I think anyone Saban bring in will understand it's Saban way or the highway. I would like both Martz and Capers to be the OC and DC. That would make a formidable coaching staff for sure.

You can't worry about if their going to be here in a year when your hiring coaches. I say bring in the best available and worry about that other stuff later. Otherwise, your doing yourself and the team a disservice.
