Very, very somber looking Miami owner Steve Ross gets into the press lift at Lambeau, accompanied by Mike Tannenbaum, Tom Garfinkel and a very unhappy looking Dan Marino. Not a happy bunch.

Gase gives up play calling while also firing Matt Burke. Won't make much difference on offense though with all the injuries and Osweiler starting at QB. Still maybe the offense would be able to score at least 1 TD when they get 5 chances in the redzone.

If they were happy after that, there is a serious problem. Not only did we lose badly, we lost even more important players to injury. The changes though won't come while we sit at .500.

I want to see stability in the organization, but you've got to have the right people leading the way. That is the major question in Miami.

See if Marino will suit up. At his age, my bet is he is still better than the guys we have.

I am of the opinion Matt Burke will not be back on the sideline.

Whole sale changes MUST come, their really is no other choice. What we are fielding right now is just not good enough.

Hopefully Ross blows this team up starting with the GM,HC,most of the coaching staff and the scouting team.
This team needs a new vision and direction but until he makes these moves this team will be a dumpster fire.
So painful watching this team.Absolute garbage!!!
Been a fan for over forty years and last 20 years its been torture!!!

What is marino's role anyway?

Who the hell is really in charge of this roster tannenbaum, Grier, Marino, gase, ???

Grier has complete control over college personnel and the draft.

Gase has complete control over the 53 man roster.

Marino is there for advice, no real decision making power.

The first change I want to see is Tannehill healthy and Osweiler to the bench.

If Tannehill isn't ready get Fales ready to go during the bye.

don’t expect anything from Ross. he knows so little about this ‘toy’ he owns, which still makes him oodles (even while losing), he trusts an appointed yes man, who knows nothing of foundationally building an NFL franchise. unless we have an ownership change, expect more years of waiting on Tannehill... how sad our storied franchise has become...
