why arent these coaches with HC experience on our list? of the ones we have sceduled to interview, Mike Munchak is the most intriuging to me..seems the rest are up and coming guys, but why not hire a proven HC

Probably because they’re not interested in Miami.
There's a chance big name guys like that aren't down for a little bit of a rebuilding/reboot. I dunno that's me just talking out of my ass

Arians has legit said the only jobs he would be interested in are Cleveland and that he would listen to Tampa as Jason Licht is his friend.
Del Rio has the reputation of having a country club mentality after year 1.
Pagani likely wont get serious looks at head coach until the e rebuilds his image.
No interest in McCarthy at this time.
Schwartz has a bit of an ego that has rubbed a lot of ownership the wrong way

And from the OP’s list, I wouldn’t be interested in any of them except Arians and I think he wants the Tampa job.

Because they probably aren’t. I never said they definitely weren’t interested, I said probably. Not every coach is going to be Interested in Miami. Don’t take it as a slight against Miami not being desirable. Some of these coaches probably aren’t looking to be challenged with a rebuild

pretty sure the Jets are about as bad as we are if not worse and are about the same as far as where we’re at building a team, and Mike McCarthy is going there for an interview

Jets have a QB with potential in place. In Miami you gotta have a plan to find one.
