McCown

if jerry porter wasn't so slow and lazy mccown would have had better numbers. 2 picks could have been broken up by that lazy stooge.

He looked pretty good even though his hand a foot were injured. He seems to have a little more mobility then Beck (and I think the Raider's o-line was probably about the same as ours talent wise last year). Porter did drop a few passes and his lazy butt never tried to deflect a McCown pass that got intercepted.

I think it will be an interesting battle between McCown and Beck. I think if Parcells wants to play this year for the future he'll go with Beck, but if he thinks we have a shot at the playoffs, he'll go with McCown.

Beck just needs time like all rookie QB's , and better blocking, which why I say take Jake Long. Long Mormino Satele Smiley Carey wow or another guard in the draft. Drew is a parcell's guy very underated player

I seen him play at a game in sam houston st, he had a winning attitude and nice person of the field unlike Feelly who turned my bro down for an autograph

Beck's problem was "not" blocking, trust me. David Carr proved that that theory is false. CAR thought that "maybe" Carr struggled and was sacked more than any other QB in the league was because of a bad OL...but soon learned that the QB has much to do with sacks and many times play a GIANT part to why they get sacked so much. See Culpepper.

Beck played behind the same OL that Lemon played behind in the same way that Joey Harrington played behind the same OL that Culpepper played behind the year before. Saw the difference?

Beck is another David Carr...a "sack/fumble" machine. BP sees this, thus the interest in Matt Ryan.

Ryan has "superb" vision unlike Beck and Culpepper ...the Carr's and the Culpepper's and the John Beck's don't, they "lack" vision and because of the lack of vision...they take the sacks....and Beck and Culpepper also have a bad problem in that they both have "small" hands and fumble a lot.

Beck has to go. Matt Ryan, here we come....

What about those 19 interceptions he threw last year(ryan) and he had a decent o-line at BC, Beck could have done better but that team was tore up from the floor up. Give Beck a chance then if isn't the man you can always go to Mcown, a Rookie QB won't start for the fins this year.
