Put yourself in his situation, would you let Tebow drop back and throw 30 times?
What he did was common sense, play to Tebows strengths. I guess I'm qualified for the job too.

yeah...whats impressive about figuring out your qb is not a consistent passer and catering your offense to what fits him??? not a damn thing...a good oc would figure that out in no time...there's nothing here that says to me this guys a head coach worthy candidate...and that jake delhomme stuff in carolina...delhomme started out pretty darn good and turned to trash by the time he was done in carolina...the carolina hc got fired and took mccoy with him to denver...up until the broncs went to tebow and switched things up mike mccoys heads probably on the damn chopping block with kyle orton under center...
i'd much rather consider him for oc than hc...and i don't think i'm all that impressed about either...only thing i can say for him is that he comes across well spoken...ross i know you want a puppet for ireland but don't do this

There really isn't a lot of guys to be excited about out there... My first 2 choices are Zimmer and Toub. The rest of the guys, imo, will be Cam Camerons if they ever get HC gigs. I don't think they have the personality to be HCs. I don't really know enough about McCoy to comment, but I don't think we should discount him just yet.

I dont know I guess im just old school and think a guy should prove himself somewhat before he gets looked at for a job.
He didn't do much for Orton .. although that might have been a lost cause and actually lost 3 out of the last 4 regular season games with Tebow and his pop warner formations. I don't know enough about him to get excited ... and that could change, but at first blush it doesn't appear he qualifies to be mentioned in the same breath as Mike Zimmer.

Mike McCoy, just shoot me now. Coordinated one of the worst offenses in the league last year. But wait!!!! He has an existing relationship with our mediocre backup caliber QB Matt Moore! Lock this stud coach up. Why does God hate the Dolphins?

and why in the world should any relation to a qb like matt moore matter??? please god tell me we're not gonna be content with matt moore...icing on the cake will be when this offseason a year before his contract ends we sign matt moore to a long term contract for real money...that happens fellas as god is my witness i'm done with the dolphins...i've lost enough of my life watching these buffoons make bad decisions and do dumb things...that happens peace hoops is out
