This guy is such a different character and really seems like an enjoyable person to be around. Has to be a welcome change from the media side. I have hoped all our recent hires would’ve been a success, but I am really pulling for this guy to succeed and put to rest any coaching searches for the foreseeable future.

He's becoming everything I wanted in a coach since I was pounding the tables for him as soon as his name was mentioned and I researched him.

I'm Browns fan so I'm following the Dolphins from outside looking in. But I'm super confident this coach is going to be home run. He has fantastic balance of knowledge, empathy and communication. Miami Dolphins truly hit a home run with his hire and I don't get why more teams didn't interview him this offseason. Miami Dolphins were the only team that interviewed him this off season correct?
I was excited about Flores in 2020 so I guess we will see. Not counting my chickens before they hatch even tho I remain optimistic.
As bad as Ross and Grier have been in the past maybe they got this one right.
