Why was Stockpile in there in the 2nd half? They showed Carey on the sideline, but he wasn't hurt because he came back in the game. Did Houck just want to see what McDougle could do? I wasn't impressed...in fact I believe he had a couple holding penalties. I want Carey in the game all game long if he's healthy enough. But overall, this was by far our best O-Line performance in at least 2 years. Very impressive. I just am drooling at the opportunities we're going to have when Ricky comes back. As for all the penalties...I'll take 13 flags and a W, but they're going to eventually cost us a game. And please..please...Will Poole...come back soon! We desparately need you THIS season. Reggie Howard = Jerry Wilson.

have some faith. Hudson knows what he is doing. Maybe Carey is just not playing the way Hudson would like. McDougle is probably a better run blocker and that is what we need.

McDougle played a great game. He was 1 on 1 with Julius Peppers most of the game, and held him back for the most part. Even McDougle's mistakes were positive (i.e. holding Peppers, which prevented the decapitation of Frerotte).

As I recall they put in McDougle when they were near their own goal line (perhaps they feel his size is an advantage closer to the goal where they must run). I saw Carey out there the second half but they did mix in McDougle a bit.

It seems like we saw alot of tackle rotation. I believe I saw McIntosh and Carey, Carey and McDougle, McIntosh and McDougle all on the field at different times.
