... bad omen or no big deal?

Unfortunately I missed the start of the game against Carolina. How did McGahee and the OL look? Any Bills fans concerned?

I think Willis is the REAL deal so IMO, this doesn't reflect upon him...now if his line is this bad that's GOOD for us and I like it...

I'm interested to see if he shows more heart than last season. IMO, he quit at mid-season until he was challenged in the press by Mularkey.

It also remains to be seen if he has regained the burst he had in college.

tru dat, we have not seen it in the NFL. It was something to see in college...the tiniest of cracks and he hit the next gear and was gone.

i dont think its really anything to worry about, he usually starts off slow in every game. i think we will see more of a burst from willis, last year mularkey wanted him to put weight on and make him a power back but he has now lost 10-15lbs. the starting o line imo was not that great except jason peters. peppers had a sack but that was because the RB whiffed on a block (i dont think it was willis) and holcomb missed a man wide open in the flat

Why do so many people say that Mularkey asked him to put on weight? If he was able to drop 10-15 lbs in the off season, it was fat. I can't imagine any coach asking a RB to put on 10-15 lbs of fat to be a better runner.

mcgahee's a proven starter but maybe this is a sign of a weak OL for Buffalo this season  1

I am not concerned about his carries in the Carolina game, but any Bills fan that tells you they are not concerned about our o-line coming together, is full of crap. They should be MUCH improved but it's hard to get worse than last year. I wasn't real excited about any of the o-line play I seen in that game, but again I really don't think it's a big deal just yet! we'll see. Usually the o-line is the last thing to come together for the season IMO.

our whole offense sucked in the first half.

I know what McGahee can do. its Losman im worried about.
