just a general question to see what people will say.

Who is the main reason for the long run from Willis?

Bell missed the first tackle, Hill missed the second and Crowder couldn't shed his blocker. All 3. I'd have to look at it again to be sure though. I'd also like to blame Ginn, even though he wasn't on the field...

What no option for Willis...who happened to do the same thing the week before to Dallas. No option for the defense was tired of trying to score b/c the Oline would not allow the offense to hold the ball for more than 1.2 seconds each snap.

...I vote none of the above.

i would of had an option for willis but considering the tackles he broke, i decided we should have stopped him.

Situational influence. As soon as we punted after the Ginn debacle, and the punt was a disaster with the personal foul, I told my dad, "This is when the defense deflates and you get 8 yard runs followed by a long one." I was very surprised the first down run was stopped for virtually nothing, but then second down was the typical 8 yard gash.

Watch hundreds of games per year in Nevada sportsbooks and you get a feel for collective collapse tendencies. The team was spent once the score held at 20-9.

Regardless, I prefer to blame Matt Roth, per usual. :D

It was on all of our D. A couple players missed a tackle but the D blew it up in general.

ex bills mcgahee and leonhard both drew big blood pools yesterday.

I'd go back and check....But honestly, I don't have the mental energy right now. The very fact that Bell had him wrapped and he broke it means someone else is at fault. Safeties should not be depended on to stop the run, even though it is part of thier job. That's #1 job of LBs and DLs. The fact that it took Bell speaks volumes about everyone else.

Blame can be spread around, but Hill looked so pathetic in his attempt to tackle Willis that I'm happy to blame it all on him.

I think Bell was coming on a blitz so I think that's why he was in position. He was deeper than Crowder was which was weird, but Crowder was getting blocked like a cornerback which completely took him out of the play...
