McKinnie suggests change of rhythm and cadence

Haven't even us fans that know "little" compared to our coaches been expressing this forever? How can our staff not get this? I forget which game but we did switch it up once and it paid dividends.

Chargers game is the only one I can recall where we really went for it in terms of hard counts and change ups with the go and go go. Resulted in a few offsides and mis-timed blitzes.

The offense is retarded. Hopefully Sherman goes this year, the GO's, no adjustments, the awful draws, it's all awful.

Check out the speed with which Robey takes off to sack the QB and tell me that they didn't know the snap count.
Message from Mike to Ryan - repeat in a deep voice - we do not have a problem.. again - we do not have a problem.. again - we do not have a problem..

Don't you think this coaching staff deserves any credit? Not even for the way it handled the Martin situation?

.

Yes. No doubt. However, on Sunday's they leave a lot to be desired.

Fire Ireland. It's his fault and has nothing to do with the coaching!

Joe's "strength" of being calm and collected through the volatile Martin situation could also be his "weakness" when he needs to spark and energize his team. Sunday was a game he needed to have his team juiced in a tough spot...they were flat. Joe cannot dig more out of these guys. I am very concerned on Sunday that the Fins will be tight and the Jets will play a loose as cream corn.

The thing is changing the snap count is easy and reversible. There is absolutely no reason not to do it. It stinks that a player had to go to the coaching staff and suggest it. It doesn't matter who did it, but the fact it was the one guy on the line with a Super Bowl ring should say something.

you think the players need the coaches to tell them to get fired up for a divisional rival, and a chance at the playoffs? If that's the case, miami should just go ahead and clean house. top to bottom. including all 53 players. As a person that's played football for many years, I got hyped up enough, just knowing we are going up against rivals and/or playoffs were in reach. The players/leaders/captains of the team also helped get me fired up.

Change in cadence? WOW! I've been saying that since week one. YET I've been argued that it doesn't make a difference. It makes a HUGE difference!! Thanks McKinnie for the confirmation.

Its funny because its so black and white, there is no grey here. You're putting yourself out there like the people that complained about Philbins use of timeouts at the end of the half of the NE game, you know, like 30 seconds before we scored a TD. Either you and McKinnie are morons or Philbin is a moron, there is no maybe, there is only dead right or dead wrong.

Now, maybe McKinnie is talking about Pouncey giving away the snap with head movement or body language or whatever and not the go/go-go thing, if so I apologize to him.

And Philbin is not a moron...
