on the official site. He's about to tear up - says "emotional win".

With other players comments about Randy telling them to keep it going, I'm about to conclude this guy is a real leader.

He went nuts after that INT. You can tell McMike isn't out there for himself - this is a guy that wants to win. He was angry with Sage but went over and talked to him and you could tell it was on good terms.

Say what you will about McMike being overpaid but we NEED leaders like him on this team.

good to see. it was an emotional win. i very big win in the larger context. only marino could have repeated what happened today

I really like McMike, everyone keeps saying Zach and JT are the team leaders and this may be true as far as performaces go but i really feel that we need an outspoken emotional type leader and judging by McMike's actions today i hope he steps up and becomes just that

That shows howe much he loves thw game and winning thats how aleader is supposed to act, he got pissed after the INT but he calmed down and talked to Sage about it.

McMIchael is a lot of things.........LEADER isn't one of them.

A leader doesn't go around punching his wife and constantly being in off the field trouble. Not only ONCE but then doing it TWICE!

Yeah. McMichael is a really good TE. He is also very young though. With some more experience and maturity, he will be a good leader on offense. Great win today! :D

I saw breaking up on the title and thought him and his wife were done.

Yeah, you can tell he has alot of heart on that Offence. He is one of our top leaders on that O. I hope he continues to show that.

Ya know, I actually have his picture plaque hanging on my wall in my room. This guy's one hell of a player. He can block DE's as well as some LT's and have some of the sweetest hands you can ever ask for in a TE. And he is definitely one of the leaders on this team, along with JT and ZThomas.

You do realize that one of the players constantly cited as a leader pled had murder charges against him dropped after testifying against his friends, right?

agreed completely, and hes not overpaid at all, and as far as leaders go, we have some great ones in jt and zach on D but he IS our offenseive leader that is needed

Unfortunately, that is what he does OFF the field. But atleast he has heart on the field where it really helps his team.

i doubt that mcmike's personal life has ever crossed another player's mind while on the field.

I wouldn't call Mcmike a leader...
A leader is someone who leads by example. Mcmike has been as inconsistent as Pamela Anderson's breast size since he came into the league. If he's considered the leader of our offense today, it's simply stems from a lack of leadership from the QB, WR and RB positions.

Mcmike is emotional, vocal, fierce and plays hard. He showed that today after Sage was picked off, banging the ground out of frustration but he's not a leader. Rodney Harrison, Peyton Manning, Ray Lewis, Rod Woodson back in the day, those are leaders...
