In before this thread becomes an apocalyptic firestorm.

This will upset the "realists" but **** them

Well deserved Ryan  never realised that award was picked by the media though

Tannehill is the reason we`re not in the playoffs, Wake is not a leader... Those threads actually exist...

Flippy would vote for Moore. Like a Boss!

Until now, only QBs to be MVP post-Marino: Chad Pennington (shared award with Joey Porter in '08) and Matt Moore ('11).CB Grimes won in '13.

too lazy not to quote my response in another thread to a specific "show me wins" hypocritical post :idk:

If winning, especially providing expectations or reasonable hope of winning the big one (as compared to the kind of blue balls we suffered in 08 with Noodle, and that Falcons fans have been suffering since 08), you do understand, don't you that there are some knuckleheads, including some on this site who still rank Melty Ice a top 10 QB?

And that's despite disappearing in 2nd halfs of playoff games, losing most of them (1-4), winning 10 of his last 31 games (as compared to Tannehill's winning 16 of his last 31 games without Melty's elite offensive weapons), and through last season having about the same low .400 winning percentage against winning teams as Tannehill, which would be even lower if you factored in the .200 playoff success rate). Actually factoring in Melty's 1-5 2014 record against winning teams vs Tanehill's 2-3 record, at this point, Tannehill has more success with less weapons against winning teams career-wise.

My point being, everything is relative... and there are those who'll take Tannehill, a QB, with 3 seasons in, to task for porous OLs, bad coaching and undependable D's but will use it as an excuse to exonerate a QB with 7 years of experience. Hopefully for your sake, you're not one of those knuckleheads.

#Dolphins name Tannehill their team MVP. Was impressed with him in his two games against the #Patriots. Think he's got a bright future

good for Tanneill.... i'm happy for him... year 2 in lazor's system will be even better

RT played well, he played excellent a few games but to me he played the way he was supposed to at the 3 yr mark....My most valuable player was the rookie Tackle James, this kid started day one on the right side and did an excellent job then had to move to the Left side mid game and didn't miss a beat...I think he was one of the best draft picks we have seen in a while......we need to find 3 more just like him

It certainly wont have been a universal decision, I presume a certain SS writer voted for Starks or another of his beloved D line.

But anyway, this certainly shouldn't be seen as a coronation. I have been a cheerleader since day 1 and Tannehill is the best Dolphins QB I have ever seen live but he has a long way to go, he is a decent NFL QB right now and could have a long NFL career if he didn't improve beyond this, but the point with Tannehill that the ****wits on here don't get is that this is nowhere near his best. Tannehill will be better next year and even better the year after. He will have a long career as a top 10 NFL QB and when he signs his $100m + contract, some posters on here are going to have to bite the bullet or **** off and support someone else.

Tannehill is here to stay, if he good enough yet when you consider his potantial? No, we are currently seeing the best QB play in 20 odd years, but it will get better, I have no doubt. Tannehill is far from fulfill inf his antipodal, but he will get there.

So nice step Ryan, but im more interested in seeing your next one.
