Several of you obviously missed the note in the article that some of Rosenhaus clients are not doing so well.
If he's really "the best" at what he does, then he shouldn't be just getting big name players to sign up or getting top dollar on the contracts. If he doesn't advise his clients for their long term good and they squander it away - that's not looking out for their best interest.
Some of the clients will make enough or be smart enough because of their upbringing to handle the money. But, the fact is, a lot of these guys don't have the family foundation to keep their heads on straight. That's where a good agent comes into the picture. If DR is really concerned about his clients, then they'll be well off for years to come - not just for a few short years while they play ball.

Just because someone doesn't go along with the majority and close their eyes and agree with everyone else, they aren't liked? Let me tell you a story, about a year ago I posted something saying Spielman had no clue and made bad GM moves heading into this season. I got a huge negative reaction. Everyone was ripping me a ton. About 5 weeks later after Miami was 0-4 abotu 90% of the posts on the message board were saying the EXACT SAME THINGS I said weeks earlier. That is why when I see these huge backlash reactions to a post like the Manny Wright, I laugh now. Because I know in a few weeks people could very well do a 180 and look like hypocrites.
Like me, hate me.....I don't care. Really. I have a thick skin. (obviously thicker than Manny Wrights)
