Wait, what Thigpen got cut? I'm hoping this I'd accurate I'm
ready for this team to part ways with him!

* I hate the kicking situation right now
* Fox is not a good enough swing OT
* The LB position is only going to be improved in house…either by the current vets figuring it out or some of the rookie LB's taking the next step.
* Smart move with Pouncey
* UDFA's will look favorably toward Hickey and Philbin (if they are still here) because the UFDA's got opportunities and earned roster spots
* Dallas Thomas could have been cut and replaced easily
* I am never done looking for DB's. Never have enough.

Champ Bailey was cut, he would make a good 3rd CB. Lache Seastrunk and Evan Royster were cut, they would be far better than Darkwa. Michael Sam was cut, and he was actually a pretty good DE....we could use some pass rush guys..

That's a lot of new faces on this team.almost a 40%turnover

God our linebackers are horrible. Can we move Dion Jordan there?

We should have kept Hills for Fox.

Hope Garrison Smith makes the PS

No way they cut Dallas Thomas, not yet.

About what I thought. I don't like fox. We need sturgis to ball or get a kicker.
Thomas can be replaced with another lineman.

That's an interesting point. I really hope that perception sticks to our team moving forward.

As for the cuts, Fox got lucky. We really should just cut Dallas now instead of waiting for the inevitable. Our lb corps is just an undefined mass of mediocrity. Hopefully some of the younger kids will step up, but beyond Tripp and McCain I don't think there's much there to work with.

Our RB situation is solid.

We now have 4 RBs who can run between the tackles, and can also gash the defense if given the chance.

This is far better than the past few years when Daniel Thomas was our #2 ball carrier. Whenever he was on the field, the defense basically didn't have to worry about him.

It's also better than having specialist RBs like Marcus Thigpen, who would not be able to be an every down, 20-times-between-the-tackles RB if needed.

That said, our RB production will be limited because our o-line run blocking is very weak.
