For first round picks....saying Parker was the best first round pick. Gotta love it.

I was listening to Rich Eisen earlier and he had Mayock on. He was gushing about the Dolphins draft, praised Parker and said Ajayi was his favorite day 3 pick. For once, praise for our draft appears to be universal.

But, but we blew the second round.

Parker may well have been the top receiver if he wasn't injured for the first half of last season.

I was just shocked that we didn't have to do anything to grab Parker. Jeff Ireland would have panicked and given away the store to move up.

I've always found it sad that so many Dolphin fans need validation from the likes of douche bags like Kiper.

Who freaking cares. His opinion is worthless.

We came. We drafted. It's over. Pretty sure Hickey and our scouts don't consult with made-for-TV "draft mavens." LOL.

To be fair, Kiper's got some good analysis and is probably no worse than the talent evaluating a lot of teams do. Put it this way, if he'd said our draft was absolutely horrible, he'd probably be right. Whether it was great, time will tell.

For those haters on round 2
We gave up over 600 yards over 3 straights games on the ground at the end of the year which was a big reason we missed the playoffs. Philips had a 1 st round grade on him and many projected him to go in the end of round 1. With Kendricks going to MN he was our top rated player. Mitchell is not a starter Phillips will start day one and no teams will put up big rushing games with suh and Phillips up front. So people get on board and stop hating

Not necessarily. Jordan Phillips may turn out to be the brilliant draft pick - he has the physical size to be a monster next to Ndamukong. Let's see how he goes.

Our lack of a run defense was the #1 reason why we did not make the play-offs last season. It was horrible!

Yes it's sarcasm from the draft day threads.
