Mel Kiper Revised Draft Grades

Fock Mel Kiker -- he knows NOTHING and lives off what others tell him...

Wasn't it Mel Kiper that was estatic when we took Jake Long, then a year later when Matt Ryan took O-Rookie of the year award he accused us of screwing up and being morons for not taking Ryan, then he changed his mind again once Ryan struggled, now he has a second opinion about the 2009 draft?

The guy is pratically fighting for his job. Though i must give him credit, he points at others enough, never eats his crow, and yet he has a job, so he must suck up to his bosses....well, gotta give him a gold star for completely sucking and still keeping a job.

The draft is the BEST day in the off season. A big reason it has become what it has is because of Mel Kiper. I respect him for that. The draft is NOT a perfect science. Mel is as good as anyone else out there.

BTW...Kiper gave us a C- at the beginning of the year and has revised it to a B-.

Man, i wish i could get paid an absurd amount of money for being completely wrong then later changing my mind.

And while the draft is an very incorrect science, Mel Kiper proclaims himself a expert and then later changes his mind once others(not his "picks") start producing.

Mel Kiper is by far the biggest reason why the draft is the showcase that it has become. He is extremely knowledgeable and I respect his opinion very much.

The draft is not a science, its hard enough to evaluate a player on talent . . . but then to judge what team they go to and how they fit into that team's scheme and see if they will have success in that scheme . . . alot of that you need luck with.

He isn't the only one who thought we goofed after watching how much success Ryan had . . . but what people failed to realize is that we had NO LT . . . and if we left Carey on the left side we would have gotten abused on the right side and the left side. Jake was the best pick for this team, and now that Henne has started to blossom a bit, it looks as if we made the right decision.

Kiper doesn't get paid to be indecisive . . . he has to make a decision, provide analysis behind that decision and see it through . . . everybody knows it takes atleast 3 to 5 years to really judge a draft, to grade it through half a season is absolutely insane, IMO.
