He makes highlight catches but drops the basic ones. He seems to get shut down too easily. For example, everyone knows Carolina will go to S. Smith and he still gets the ball, same as hines ward. Steve Smith is what 5'9?

I heard yesterday on the radio that Chambers has the most yards lost for dropped balls than any other receiver last year.

Speaking of last year, when he got hot the season was over. Those last six games meant nothing, no pressure. Has he ever dominated a big game?

These are good, relevant points. Chambers and McMichael play more like wild cards than core standouts- sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. Chambers is kind of an illusion as a true #1 WR, a tease. He has a lot to prove.

he hasn't been able to beat bum corners, much less top tier corners.

lol, he's never been in a "big" game to be able to dominate. When Chambers started getting good is when the team started to get bad. He's never had crap for a QB to throw him the ball, and they've never had an )-line that could give those crap QB's time to throw. Anyone that's been to the games in person realizes that Chambers, and even the other WR's ARE getting open, but somebody has got to get them the ball for them to be able to make a play.

Yea, I was at the Browns game last year, and I know we did awful that game, but it sure looked like Chambers and Booker were getting open. I know it was last year, but that's the only Fins game I've had the privelage of seeing in person.

Whne he dives or woks thesideline. But he's never gotten really behind a secondary.

This is simply not true!!! I saw it a bunch of times in games last year where he just flat out beat the DB's down the field but Frerotte couldn't get him the ball, I've seen it in person when I attended the games also. Heck last week he was very wide open on a few deep plays but Joey made bad passes.

He beat the everliving **** out of Nate Clements last season.

Chambers slows up on the deep ball by running backwards looking at the ball. Every QB we've had has had a hard time hitting Chambers deep and i'm convinced it's because as soon as the ball leaves the QB's hands Chambers turns around and runs sort of sideways and always ends up overthrown. If the guy could keep running full out then turn around last second or so the balls would probably be perfectly thrown.

Look at the way Booker catches the deep balls, then look at Chambers, Booker's speed stays consistent the whole way and the balls are usually on the money with the same QB's that are supposedly overthrowing Chambers.

Harrington has over 60 attempts, and "Chambers" has only 2 catches for what, like 20 yards...........against Friggin' Green Bay!!! SHAME ON YOU MULARKEY!!!

yea exactly.

last year he had the 2nd most balls thrown his way in the entire league, only Boldin had more. i dont think the QBs were throwing his way so much becuase he was covered. i just cant wait for Daunte to get all the way back and for all the CC haters will be kissing his *** again.
