I hear ya! Dude. A really obvious, glaring weakness was our secondary and unfortunately this isn't a great year for us to be able to improve the secondary much trough the draft, especially with where and when we pick.Just got through watching the NFL replay, talk about depressing
Dude! Holy Poop! I was going to try to find out who on this site goes to Miami Mikes, in New Jersey though. Is that where you meant? I heard of that place on this site a few years ago. I'm from N.Y. so i drive like an hour to get there, but it's definitely worth it, to see all the Miami fans there, in the heart of JET territory no less, it's awesome!!! Mike calls me NY because he doesn't remember my name. Me and my girlfriend go there. It was us and 1 guy from Riverdale who'd come from NY, maybe it's you. You know, the heavy set guy up front, always yelling at the big screen:D I didn't go a lot last year because I go into real depression when Miami does bad.:DI'll see you there this year!!!:up:I was in New York at Miami Mike's while watching that game. What a depressing game
When didn't he?Cam looked clueless.
Just finished watching and had a few observations.
1 - Thank goodness for the NFL Network it really makes the off-season tolerable.
2- Ronnie was having an unbelievable year.
3 - The V. Carey critics really need to watch that game. Outside of three plays (not that they showed every single play) he absolutely dominated Mario Williams. The first bad play he let Williams speed rush him to the outside, he was beat but played it right by simply pushing him right past Green who scrambled for 25 yds. The second he got bull-rushed and pushed back into Lemon who still was able to complete the pass. The third was a sack that he got beat on but really if Lemon stepped up Williams would have went right by just like the first play. Outside of those plays Williams was a total non-facture. Run, pass, did not matter he was pushing him all over the field. When he wasn't lined up against Williams he was even more dominate. On a run near the goal line he was knocking his man backwards 5 yds downfield. The other thing is man can he trap block, he blew up Demeco Ryans run blitzing a few times.
That being said I am still for Jake Long at this point and I think that there is no rush to play Jake on the left side, let the best man win. With those two tackles we would be in very good shape.
Good point. But this was particularly evident here.
Cam's shining moment was 4th down against Washington. All downhill from there
Cleo Lemon has AFL written all over him.
