I dont expect much from little vick but if the fins lose to GB what do they have to lose? people may come just to see how he plays. and some people may come just to see if he stomps on a defensive player's legs.

well they say your starting QB is hurt, so bringing up a practice squad QB to be a backup QB should have been expected.

If harrington gets hurt Saban can not put c-pep back in after he benched him "because of an injury".

pep is our third string QB..Saban would put pep out there before Vick..Vick will play alot of special teams

I think Vick will be a huge help in backing up an injured Wes Welker. Hes got speed and he is used to reading defences as a QB for Virginia Tech.

I don't think we'll see him play. Welker is a true gamer and the only man among boys on our team right now. There's no way he doesn't handle all of his duties Sunday. I can't see Vick being a spark for anything other than a blunt!!!! Anyways, this is what the Herald has on the situation.

Vick's addition to the roster means he could have the chance to play as early as Sunday's game against Green Bay. His role likely will depend on the availability of injured wide receivers Marty Booker (chest) and Wes Welker (calf).
Welker, who was kicked in the calf during Sunday's loss to the Jets, did not practice Wednesday. However, he said he would return today. If Welker is unable to play Sunday (which appears unlikely), Vick would be a viable option as a kick and punt returner.
