Merged: 2008 Schedule/First Game!

I normally dont post but seeing that the fins are playin the bills in the T-dot watch this is like a 50/50 game fan wise. This area around here has a lot of dolphins fans. Also the tix that are been sold for the game are going to be super expensive so a avg joe from buffalo wont be able to go and afford this game at toronto.

This game is going to full of suits in the stands from the toronto and GTA area. Also the dome will be closed which means we wont have to play in the freezing cold of Buffalo where usually around time is colder then in Toronto.

Not to be picky guys but in Toronto the stadium is now called Rogers Centre not Skydome. It is now owned by Ted Rogers of Rodgers Communications and is also the home of the Toronto Blue Jays who he also owns.
 
Wow. We play both the 49ers & Raiders this year and I don;t get to go see our beloved phins at either city (I live in the bay area). Oh well, better that we don't have to travel across the nation, however we do visit Arizona and Denver as the farthest west coast teams we play.
 
wow this sucks.. i have to go to bw3s to watch the games.. and sometimes they dont even play the fins... im pissed.. im moving to miami

Yeah, we established that a page or so ago. I knew it was a Dome, just thought they would keep it open for a football game.

Yes and its not out of the realm of possibility that the Dolphins don't move. New owner with no real ties to South Fla, and a fan base that is dwindling because of ethnic changes. Los Angeles may look nice to Mr Ross in 4 or 5 years. He can sell the stadium to the U of Miami.

Folks keep an eye on this.....it could happen. :unsure:

they are making money and as long as the Owner makes money he will not move.

That's exactly what I was thinking. With as much injuries as we had last year, we will need to stay relatively healthy this year. Then again, it lets us get it out of the way.
