Fiedler, feely: Who Gives a..

...F---. One is a limp-wristed backup who throws way too many picks because of his weak arm. The other is young and stupid who throws too many picks because he's inexperienced and overwhemed. Both are forced to play behind a O-line that competes, quite possibly, for the worst in NFL history. Don't kid yourself. It will not change. It may improve in small incriments when Mcintosh is healthy. But a line this horrible dosn't turn a 180 in a single season. No way. The only hope is that dave lets AJ throw it up, trusting CC can come down with it 3 out of 5 times -- but that won't happen in Dave's big play-retarded playbook. The D wins us 6 games this year. That's it. It should be more, but it won't. Any other team with our D would still have a playoff shot. But we're the only team in the NFL who's D can hold the other team to 10 points or under and Still f--ing lose most of the time.
For the first time in my 23 years as a fan, I'm ashamed to admit Mia is a bottom feeder. We're one of the 5-10 teams in the NFL every year you see on the schedul next and say: "Oh thank God we play them now." Face it. We're THAT team this year.

Hate to Say it, but Jay Needs to Go Back In

I for one am ready for a change at the QB position, and AJ did great tonight considering he was sacked almost 1000 times and hit almost every play reguardless. So I'm not taking anything away from AJ.

The o-line is horrid. The bengals defense were getting sacks left and right. What are we going to do when we play a team with a good defense?
Improving the oline is the obvious solution, but that doesnt happen easily especially during the season. If we want to do anything this season I think Jay needs the start based on the fact he is just more mobile and simply use to running for his life. One cannot blame fiedler for his horrid performance last week any more than I could blame AJ. You could put Manning behind this line and he would look bad.

I am niether a Fieldler or AJ fan boy. I like AJ alot, but personal likes do not get this team wins.

Thoughts?

Jay does not ned to go abck in, Play Feely, see if hes got anything. It deosnt really matter, there will be a house cleaning Jan 3rd.

Random thought: Jay Fiedler is/was the scapegoat of the this offense.

Wow, year in and year out we try different combination. Lucas, Griese and Feeley. Year after year the results are the same. Jay Fiedler has provided for Wanny a scapegoat, someone to take pressure off his horrid performances as coach and leader of this team. I think I finally understand why he liked Jay so much, let Fiedler be the one to get booed while I continue to mess up every aspect of this team. Fiedler was always running for his life on this team, and every single time a new QB comes in the team falls apart. Don't get me wrong, I can't stand Jay, but he sure as hell gave Wanny an extra year because of his mobility on a terrible, horrific offensive line.

Jay = less risk, less plays made.

If Jay played tonight, I don't think we even get in position to win because he's incapable of making the throws A.J. had to make.

You made a QB change. You invested a #2 pick in him. Now stick with him and let him grow as much as he possibly can this year.

Good God, this line is worse than that of an expansion franchise.

oh we can blame fiedler.....his picks were bad decisions, and he fumbled the damn ball,

It doesn't matter who's playing QB, they'll look bad no matter what. Can't expect much from them with our Barely-Pop Warner-Caliber O-Line

AJ has had 2 picks returned for TDs. I just can't blame either QB the line flat out stinks. Jay is much more mobile though.

I think AJ will do great with a little bit of pass blocking, but our offense will struggle to say the least with the current setup.

I was referring to Toronto fin...

Feeley is a stiff...but heck why not keep him in...
for all I care he can keep the job warm until Leinhart or Walters is ready...

in the meantime he can expose himself just like Fielder did.

Nublar, that can't exactly happen this season, so for this year Jay is the better QB. With this line we need a QB who can handle heat from the DL. AJ can't.

Because Feeley won't be our future if he is dead! I think our RB got hit less than he did.
