Merged 2X: LB Keith Adams signed

Good signing...wonder why Carolina cut him. Also, do you guys think he'll be ready in time for Thursday? Just curious
 
That makes sense, he was a disapointing LB for the Panthers but he is a solid STs player, which I am not sure but I do not think Mike Labinjo is, and at the very least he's an ok backup.
 
Yea, I'm just glad we don't have Labinjo to rely on anymore.

That was what i was thinking. He may not be a superstar but he has the tools.
 
Adams is a solid but unspectacular LB. And he's got playoff experience as well as good ST skills. A good signing.
 
That really suprises me with Adams being only 5-11 223. Not that you have to be big to be sucessful just suprised by considering the size of recent players acquired. I guess they're concerned with ST. As a side not Labinjo was 6-1 255. I wouldn't be suprised to see Labinjo added to the practice squad.

I think this is a really good pick up for us.Good vet that has speed,tackles and sp teams.
Jakox move was big also.Saban is the ****.Look for another RB to be grabbed up.Maybe even a WR.
 
isnt Keith Adams the linebacker who spyed vick the whole game when the Eagles played the Falcons in the NFC Championship
 
We HAVE to be concerned about STs. The Carolina game exposed flaws in our coverage on KRs and PRs.

But it wasn't just that game...cuz that game could have been a fluke.

The real issue as I see it, is the blocking teams for PRs and KRs. Our blocking has been suspect for the entire preseason, not just the Carolina game.
 
i like this singing alot...living right by philly i had to see a lot of eagles games.......he's a solid guy....very tough and stocky
