Merged 4 x: Raiders to to pursue Vick?

thats a steal for the falcons, they get rid of vick and there pick for porter, moss, and the #1 pick which would probably result in jamarcus russell, i really dont care how good shaub is....they are crazy to not take that

That would be a interresting move you can expect either jamarcus russell or quinn to drop in the draft then. Unless falcons take a qb but I dunno if they would.

Damn that offer is up there with the Herschel Walker trade in terms of one-sidedness.

I like Vick but damn your crazy if you dont accept that trade.

Honestly if Im Atlanta I make Shaub my starter, trade down to number 3 (someone will trade up for Quinn or Russell) and take Adrian Peterson to replace the aging Warrick Dunn (along with picking up a couple extra picks)

its amazing how al davis never stops running his team into the ground. isnt there a board of trustees that can put an end to his madness. personally i love it cause i cant stand the raiders.

They already have a very good replacement for Dunn in Jerrious Norwood. I could definitely see them taking Russell since Petrino runs a pass heavy offense, or Thomas to protect Schuab.

I would take that trade if I were the Falcons. But I would try to get conditional picks instead of Porter because that would sure clog up their WR position(Moss, Porter, Lelie, White, Jenkins).

Mr. Davis you can have Daunte for that price and you can keep Moss and Porter.

I don't see how it would clog up their WR Corp, none of them have been stellar or above average. Porter and Moss could be and should have been a more productive unit in Oakland. Throw in Jenkins at slot and they got something, plus you can never be too deep at WR.
