It seems every week a couple of times per game Chambers is running from the back filed to the sideline iwth the ball. At first I liked this (switch up) play but I am starting to hate it. I don't think it tricks anyone. And I don't think he looks that fast out of the back field.

I have to say, for me, his stock is falling. He has also dropped passes again.

I dont' like the word overrated but I am starting to wonder about him. Even though many others already have wondered about him.

Our best player JT just sacked Vick!

thats just what i was thinking. the play is getting over used now. how about lining chambers up as RB

Someone needs to tell him he is not a rookie anymore! Good WR's come back for the ball. He never does. Gus was not good, but that int is on Chambers as is the 3rd down play. HE NEEDS TO COME BACK FOR THE BAll!!!

Randy MMichaels didn't exactly light things up either....

We need a lot of replacements before this team starts functioning like a football team.

You can't come back for the ball on a 3 yard pass play. That INT was 100% on Gus.
 
Maybe Linehan believes the only way for Gus to get the ball to chambers is to just hand it to him cause he sure cant throw it accurately:(.
 
I feel SORRY for CHAMBERS!!!!!

he is a great wide receiver. He does miss the ball on occasion. But throughout his career he has had mediocre quarterbacks. For 4 years he had fiedler as his quarterback. Now he has a terrible quaterback who cant even throw the ball. Chambers would be a great wide receiver if he had a quarterback. We saw that he can be an above average wide reciever when he has had a terrible quarterback throwing to him. Earlier in the year I made a thread saying that Chambers was overrated. That may be true but I can guarantee that Chambers would be a lot better with someone who is better than Frerotte.
 
I stopped reading after you said he was a great receiver.
 
Rose Interviews CC: CC says....

Chambers was interviewed by Joe Rose on the 790 Post Game Show and said he was looking at Hi...4-3 Defenses etc....

When he said Hi, he caught himself...what he meant (and I understood it as well as the host of the show) that he said he was lookin' at High School Coverages...

:nono: Dang,he probably really dislikes Gus...
 
This is so frustrating. You know the players are frustrated. I can't wait until we see Sage. We'll see him. Question is how soon.
