Fox 10 sports has learned that Miami Dolphins Head Coach Nick Saban will be interviewed Wednesday by Alabama.

A source close to the situation told Fox 10 sports that a plane of an Alabama Board of Trustees member flew to Miami to meet with Nick Saban.

The source went on to say that Saban has issued a list of demands that must be met before he would consider the Alabama job.

Miami Dolphins Senior VP of Media Relations Harvey Greene told Fox 10 Sports today that, "We are not commenting on any rumors."

Alabama Director of Media Relations told Fox 10 sports, "Mal Moore's in Tuscaloosa today, and he's heading the search."

I seriously don't understand why anyone would want to coach at Alabama. Look at the freaking evidence.

The press is crazy, the fans are crazy, and therefore this whole story is crazy.

Saban isn't going; he's smart enough to realize that if they are going to go to these lengths to get a coach, they cannot be trusted nor reasoned with when it comes to being fans. They will only be loyal while they win, and if they lose he and his family will probably need a 24/7 police escort just to go grocery shopping.

I seriously don't see how anyone wants to coach and live with that.

Of course you could disect Saban's comment.

"If I was going to go anywhere sometime, I wouldn't go until the job is finished here and the job isn't finished."

Could mean the job is finished at the end of the season. Never said what "finished" meant.
