A press conference to introduce Brown is expected for this afternoon. He is also expected to participate in his first practice when the Dolphins take the field at 3 p.m.

I was going off of the front page story from the Sun. I guess they were wrong.

If negotiations move quickly, Brown could join the team at the Dolphins training facility as soon as today's 1 p.m. practice.
