I saw that on NFL Network and knew Philbin would be named coach!!! As LaCanfora reported it, McCoy was going to look outside of the staff to hire his assistants and Miami wanted to keep Bowles as DC, due to Nolan leaving .. 2 things were confirmed by his report 1) Philbin was the man and 2) By admitting Miami wanted to keep Bowles it became apparent Bowles didn't get the HC position

Only on Finheaven do the fans demand change, and we hire a guy who is an offensive line coach and suddenly everyone is happy.

Wouldn't count on Clements at OC, sadly. Green Bay will almost certainly offer him that job and he'd be stupid not to take it.
