I agree, but now I seriously doubt he will stick around until round 5, Kiper said mid 3rd, but what does he know?

Some of you guys really make me laugh, you act like trading up to the top of the draft is as easy as putting your socks on.

Unless we finish with a very bad record again we have absolutely no shot of landing Matt Leinart.
 
McPherson with some maturity could be a great star in the NFL. Without his past off field problem (who hasnt done dumb things in their teens and early 20's) He would have stayed in college and probably been a top 5 pick!

And the odds of us getting a Zach Thomas in the 5th round...probably close to 1 in a million. If you guys are expecting to get a zach thomas with these picks you are going to be very disappointed

could be... but again.. not with the 2n, 3rd, 4th or 5th round.... maybe 6 or 7th.... but not for the phins

Stop coming onto McPherson threads and telling us to stop talking about him. It's obvious you don't like him so when you see his name in a thread you don't have to click it.

By the same token, you guys dont have to ride his jock and not expect to get busted on it in a members forum.

Someone said he was young and made a mistake, havent we all done that? I say yeah, but his mistake was criminal, and i would like to think we all havent done thatI havent seen any remorse from him, just indignation. I dont like his lack of character. I dont want him on my favorite team.

Good luck to him elsewhere though

We're not riding his jock. We like him as a player and we think he'll be a good player someday.I'm not bashing those who wanted Orton. You haven't seen remorse from him because you don't read about him. He's shown remorse and admits he made a mistake and he learned from it.
 
has mcpherson been selected yet?

LeFors just got drafted by the panthers.....Orton by the the bears...frye by browns
 
No he hasn't. We'll see what Saban does in the 5th. My guess is Ronald Fields.
 
McPherson is not going to make it another 50 picks....

I would forget about it.
